Hi, I’m Diane
A certified Breath Coach and Breathwork Facilitator with a genuine passion for helping people feel better, breathe better, and live better. But before I tell you about what I do, let me tell you a little about who I am.
I’m a mum to three boys, so I know first-hand what it feels like to run on empty. I know the mental load, the sleepless nights, the stress that quietly builds beneath the surface, and the feeling that you’ve somehow lost yourself along the way. That lived experience isn’t just part of my story it’s a huge part of why I do what I do.
A Career Built on Helping People
Before becoming a Breathwork Facilitator, I spent 16 years working in children’s services, supporting some of the most vulnerable young people and their families through some of the hardest moments of their lives. That work taught me things no qualification ever could how to truly listen, how to hold space without judgement, how to meet people exactly where they are, and how to support them with compassion, patience, and care.
I’ve sat with parents at breaking point. I’ve worked with young people who had nowhere else to turn. And through all of it, I showed up with understanding, warmth, and a deep commitment to making a difference.
That same energy is what I bring to every breathwork session.
Why Breathwork?
Like many people, I discovered breathwork during one of my own difficult chapters. What I found stopped me in my tracks something so simple, so accessible, so completely free, yet so profoundly powerful. I became fascinated by the science behind it and the real, tangible difference it was making to how I felt, how I slept, and how I showed up in my life.
I knew I had to share it.
What I Do
Today, I specialise in three evidence-based breathwork techniques Pranayama, Buteyko, and Conscious Connected Breathing working with men, women, and children across a wide range of needs, including:
• Chronic stress and anxiety
• Insomnia, snoring, and sleep apnea
• Asthma and COPD
• Low energy and burnout
• Emotional overwhelm and low mood
• Pain management
I offer 1:1 sessions, group workshops, parent & child sessions, and immersive retreats both in person and online so that no matter where you are or what your life looks like, support is always within reach.
My Approach
I believe that breathwork isn’t just a wellness trend it’s a fundamental pillar of health, as essential as nutrition and movement. And I believe that everyone deserves to feel the benefits of it, regardless of age, background, or circumstance.
My approach is always warm, supportive, and completely non-judgemental. You don’t need any experience. You don’t need to be “well” to start. You just need to show up and I’ll meet you right there.
I’m a mum, a carer at heart, and someone who has walked alongside people in their darkest moments. Now I get to walk alongside them into something better.

Jon Paul Crimi accreditation, breathwork teaching training 1:1, couples & groups. Conscious connected breathwork specialises in releasing hidden trauma in the body
Breathwork Facilitator - Buteyko Clinical Instructor
Certified in the science of dysfunctional breathing, respiratory physiology, practical application of Buteyko method in children, teenagers and adults. The appropriate breathing exercise and protocols to employ for asthma and respiratory conditions, insomnia, snoring and sleep apnea, anxiety and panic disorder.
Breathwork Facilitator - Pranayama Breathwork
Yogalab certification, which helps you to learn to learn different breathing methods which can help you to relax, unwind and destress.
