I’m Diane, a certified Breath Coach helping people manage their respiratory issues through the transformative power of breath. I specialise in three main breathwork techniques: Pranayama, Buteyko, and Conscious Connected Breathing each tailored to meet your unique needs.

My expertise focuses on:

    •    Sleep disorders — insomnia, snoring, and sleep apnea
